McKEESPORT, Pa. - The Penn State New Kensington women's volleyball team ended its season with a loss to Penn State Greater Allegheny, 25-17, 25-12, 25-10.
Freshman Bethany Baney (Apollo, Pa./Kiski Area) led the New Kensington defense with a career-high 13 digs. Junior setter Lindsea Hessom (Leechburg, Pa./Kiski Area) had eight assists, while sophomore Kaylea Flick (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) posted four kills.
The Lions, coached by Frank Stackiewicz, finished the season at 7-13, matching their win total from a year ago.
